Our broadband has just gone down, the line can’t be checked online (via 4G) this is the 2nd time in a week. Last time it was down for 12 hours. We have Sky Glass so are unable to watch tv at all.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I saw that thread. We have checked the status and there is an outage, I was just wondering if it is affecting anyone else in our area.
Call the broadband team from the number I gave in the thread posted.
Nothing gets resolved here on the forum.
