Broadband keeps going down

Over the last week my Broadband connection keeps going down and I can't find any contact details to get support, the chat bot doesn't work unless my internet is working and even then is completely useless.

Most of the time if I reboot my router it resolves the issue, but not every time and I shouldn't need to keep doing that.

How can I escalate this issue and get my line checked or router replaced?

Thanks

We fellow-customers are powerless to fix your broadband 😢

Call 150 from a Now landline, or take your pick of:-

0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

@Josh9999

Call from one of the many numbers from the post marked as a solution.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

@David141Have you tried splitting the signal on your router so that you have separate 5g and 2,4g?

It worked for me and turned my unusable broadband into the advertised speed.

@TimBo Unfortunately it's not an issue with the WiFi, I finally managed to speak top Now.

150 didn't work but 0800 759 1213 did, also unfortunately they said they can't do anything right now as it's currently working, I have saved the number and will call them back when it goes down again.

Thanks everyone

@TimBo

Splitting the bands is snake oil.

I expect your router just needed a reboot to stop misbehaving, and it got one.
