So yesterday was my installation day. The lovely engineer told me my broadband would go live sometime before midnight. Nope nothing this morning so we’ve turned it off and back on, used the reset, run the technical check and here I am hoping for help because if there is a customer service line or live chat I can’t find it. I’ve never had this problem in the past plug in the router and off you go.

Whilst signed in on here, go to My Account > Orders & Appointments and if you click on the drop down arrow below live broadband and phone date a telephone number should appear on screen for the NowTV Broadband Team.
Give them a call.

Sounds like to me it wasn't a straight forward job with the BT Openreach Engineer
