Broadband Engineer Visit

I got a text from 078600998122 about an engineer visit on behalf of Sky UK Ltd, it feels like a scam text, but also I do have an engineer visit scheduled at the time and date suggested, so I'm very confused! (I believe Sky and Now TV are under the same company?)

Only problem is I would like to actually change the date of the visit so I'm not sure whether to reply to the message?

Has anyone else got this message?

Read through the 'Can I reschedule my engineer visit?' drop question question. Then using the 'Get in touch' link navigate to 'Broadband & Calls' > 'Installation and Setup' and making sure your signed in click the 'How to get in touch' drop down to see the number to cal.
Only doing that you can reschedule your appointment.
