Braodband Box went missing

My box was supposed to be deleivered on last Friday - Activation was on Friday and I wasn't there. Was due to be redelivered on Monday and the tracking is stuck on due to be delivered on Monday. SO I am paying for interenet and havent got the box yet. I've been trying to get in touch with NowTV to find out if they can track the parcel because Royal Mail are not being useful and I cant seem to get through to you? The live chat is aways off?

 

Can you help me?

Welcome to the customer forum. Posting asking questions of Now TV staff won't get you very far I am afraid. 

Your best option is to give the broadband team a call.

  • Give us a call on 08007591213 to speak directly to a NOW TV advisor.
