Is there an easy way of getting a returning customer broadband package set up?
I have tried through my account and there is and error message and have already called but after the third person I spoke to I got cut off and they never bothered to call me back (which I thought they would at least do).
If there is something I am missing or someone that works at nowtv is checking the posts, please help

Calling the broadband team is the only way around it if you're having browser issues. Worthwhile trying another browser or deleting the cookies and data?
