83yrs old no phone

Phone line is not working - constant engaged tone dialling out and incoming calls cut off - can’t find any way of contacting NowTV so 83yrs old living alone with no phone contact.  How do we contact NowTV?

If so i can send you a private message with a telephone number to phone for the NowTV Broadband Accessibility Team for Vulnerable or Medically Dependent people who need the telephone or Internet service.

Firstly remove your mobile number from the public forum.

Also i have asked for a NowTV Staff Member to remove your mobile telephone number from the public forum, where i wasn't expecting you to give your number out, but just to confirm back if you had access to a working operational telephone of some sort.
