Yes, as long as you subscribe to Sky's Entertainment streaming service on the Glass TV. The Sky Go app can be downloaded to a mobile device - phone or tablet or a console or PC/Mac for streaming whatever channels you have as part of your Sky Entertainment package. There is no Sky Go app for Sky Glass because it runs its own Entertainment OS.
It is possible to buy a second hand Glass TV and use it as a big dumb monitor, connect other devices such as a Firestick or Roku device to one of the HDMI ports, and use their streaming apps instead.
