I’ve paid for the entertainment pass and got the free trial for the sky cinema pass they both work on my phone but on my tv I can only watch sky cinema

At the moment the NowTV App on the Youview boxes only offer movies, hence the reason you can't use or watch anything on your entertainment pass.
