As the subject suggests, there is a loading problem and then a very poor picture. I've ordered this for a football match which i am now missing. I have reset router and it's not working but my connection is strong. Can i request a refund please?
Having read some comments it doesn't seem that uncommon. There was 4 coloured balls on a black screen for ages then the picture when it came on was very pixelated. Waited ages for it to clear up and it didn't. The normal channels i have still played fine
