Resetting devices

I have accidentally deleted my main bt youview box from my device list and am now getting a message saying device limit reached can't add until next month it's this box that I really need to use as I pause and record channels on it is there any way a member of staff can help with a reset and I'll be more careful in the future

If you are a BT TV customer with the NowTV bolt on package then i am not sure if you need to contact BT.

 

Should you be a NowTV customer where your passes are paid directly via NowTV, then live chat should be able to reset your devices or grant you some extra device swaps this month.
