Just started watching House of the Dragon via my smart TV. First two episodes were fine, but the third one will play for thirty seconds or so at a time before stopping and going baack to the main screen. Any idea how I fix this?

When you say “smart TV” what make is it?
Are you able to delete and reinstall the app?
What about unplugging both your TV and router for a few minutes ?

Just tried this (Season 1, Episode 3) on my LG GX, and it is playing perfectly.
So not a content issue, and probably an issue at your end; follow @gavs82008 ‘s advice, which should flush any caches that have gone dirty in your signal path.
I presume you have an LG TV, though you don’t say which model, and are using the app on that?
