As previously added to a post by Jay787, I have an issue on the above TV, a SMART LG tv using webOS.
Bith the TV and the NOWTV app are up-to-date, but many programmes appear as only showing the top left of the programme.
This has just been reported to NOWTV, and they are investigating the issue, but the issue doesn't happen with NETFLIX/AMAZON apps as provided by LG. They also haven't happened with any other app or kive tv from the LG app list, only with NOWTV.
I am running the following software:
NOWTV V1.3.15
LG 49FL590V webOS TV s/w v 03.11.45 Wireless internet connection.
I am gratefulto anyone (including NOWTV) wh can suggest a resolution to this, as NOWTV is not really watchable.
LG have been contacted, and directed me to NOWTV for a solution.
Once this is resolved I will post here.

You're still having this issue! What software version is your TV running now?

Hi @Anonymous User
As @Anonymous User mentioned our teams are working on this issue.
As soon as we have an update we will let you all know.
Thanks

Just a quick fix while an update is being worked on. If you click play on the video you want, let it start playing (zoomed in) then press exit on your remote and then press home and go to the now tv app and reopen it. It will go straight back to the video and refreshes the screen to fit properly. It is a bit of a ball ache but works every time for me until the app is fixed.

@Anonymous User Game of Thrones is already back. Fortunately because they do the 2am simulcast, the episode is available as catchup in the morning. You could then watch this at 9pm, have no adverts and spoil the ending on Twitter 10 minutes early.
