What external device have you connected to the HDMI port on your TV, where the Bush TV's don't have the built in NowTV App on their smart platform ?

You must be using a nowtv box, smart stick or games console to your Bush TV, due to that Bush smart TV's don't have the nowtv App.

So what device is connect to the Bush TV and exactly whats happening when you try to watch nowtv with your passes (any message or error code shown on your TV screen).

The more info you can provide the better chance somebody on here can offer you some advice how to fix the  problem.

How did you download the app onto.yiur Bush Smart tv?.

I think the OP who started the thread was using a Google Chromecast dongle with their Bush Smart television.

Bush Smart televisions don't have the native NowTV App on their smart platform.

You will have to find another way of watching NowTV on your Bush TV.
