Help got entertainment pass but only movies showing up on talk talk app

We've logged in on the talk talk app- we've got the entertainment pass but it's only showing us movies?? No box sets??

Welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately only the movie pass can be watched on YouView boxes , not entertainment or sports.

Have a look at the following list of supported devices as you might find you already have something that you can watch entertainment on. If not, a NOW TV box is probably your cheapest option.

Unfortunately on the YouView boxes you can not watch with a NowTV entertainment pass, you are only allowed NowTV movies only due to the restrictions under the Youview license.

Have you got any other device to watch NowTV entertainment on ?

I believe it's a restriction on YouView's part.

I am sure NowTV would love to have their Entertainment & Sports passes on the YouView platform, but unfortunately i think it's out of their control.

You would have to contact YouView directly about this.

I hated the Youview box for this feature and now have the Now TV box so much better.

I agree with others that it would be great if they could add more to the Youview side and not just have the on demand!
