Error code 46 (10020)

Need help please keep getting error code (46) (10020) saying oops your now TVs account 

isn't set up correctly and won't let me sign in

yet I can sign in on my phone. Keeps taking me to a page 

on my phone to give my card details yet they have them as they take payment from my bank each month. Please help thank you x

Need help with the error code.Cant sign in on xbox but can on iPad.whats wrong.

Can you please let us know what Xbox you are using so we can movie your post to a relevant thread? 

In regards to your query, can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the NOW TV app and then try resetting your Wifi? 

Can you then try to sign in and let us know how you get on?

Hi im trying to sign in on my flatmates youview box but its given this error. However i can still watch on my phone and Roku stick. please help!

Can you just check that your using the same username on the Youview Box as you are on your phone.

Also just to remind you that we only offer our Movies service on the Youview platform.

I can't log in on my TV, even though I'm entering details correctly.
