Need help please keep getting error code (46) (10020) saying oops your now TVs account
isn't set up correctly and won't let me sign in
yet I can sign in on my phone. Keeps taking me to a page
on my phone to give my card details yet they have them as they take payment from my bank each month. Please help thank you x

Are you able to log into any other devices and online?
Could you also let us know the make and year of your TV and check that all the software is updated

I just tried logging in on my iPad, and it wouldn't let me.
It said it's an incomplete account, and I have to log in on the PC or Mac to accept the terms and conditions. I don't see where I can do this – any ideas?

So frustrating. I set up my account on line like others get the same error code when I try and sing on the ap on my tv
any help welcome
