To be fair, there could be many of those questions that many of us customers like me and @schnapps could answer as we have been TV customers for a very long time. So have a fair bit of experience with it.

That said, if you rather email support, that is indeed up to you 😃

In my experience you will get "more true" answers from forum members than company agents.
