Device Issue

I have a Toshiba TV and cannot load NOW APP on it. Kindly HELP

Do you have the app installed or is it simply not there?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Please first ensure that your Toshiba TV is an Android model, running at least Android 8.0

If so, then are you following these instructions?

If not, please follow them, and tell us where the process fails, if it does.

In the event that this is not a supported Toshiba model, or anyway proves obdurate, I recommend a Roku Express, HD or 4K, £30-£50, which will add not just Now, but many other useful apps that the TV may not have.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
