Cant login with Roku can someone help me

Can't login on my TV through my Roku which is what I have NowTv. Used to work fine, renewed account now keeps saying wrong username/password. Have reset twice, same problem. Can loign on laptop or phone but don't watch on them. Been having this problem since signing up, unable to use. No contact for helpline.

Do you have any special characters in your current username and/or password, such as an % or + or $ etc?

 

It would appear that recent NOW TV 'app' updates have either broken or withdrawn support for some special characters on some playback devices...
