Can't log in on Roku

Hello,

I get an error message when trying to log in on my roku stick: "Oops something went wrong.  We couldn't log you in right now.  Please try again later."  I have tried again later, with the same result.

The roku stick is not nowTV branded.  Other streaming services connect fine and restarting has not solved the problem.  I can log in and watch shows on my laptop, so username/password should be correct. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Roku usually plays nice with NOW! Which version of stick do you have and have you checked that the software is up to date?

It's Roku player 3500EU, and I checked for updates today.  It was last updated on 11th May.

The purple Roku 3500EU is getting a bit long in the tooth now, but should still currently work with the NOW App.

You could also try typing something in the NOW Community search box for other results which might give you some pointers.

I am also assuming you are the NOW account holder, where you will be suprised how many people ask how to force a logout on NOW registered devices.
