BBC iPlayer & Sounds won't load

Using my NowTV stick, if I click on either BBC app it goes to Loading and then returns error message screen saying "there is a problem, usually intermittent, try again later". Well, I've been trying for days and it never gets past that screen. Have deleted both apps and reinstalled to no effect. Anyone else?

Spurious label attached to this post BTW as none were relevant.

As a suggestion I would recommend putting the Stick back to factory settings. This often squashes any bugs.

Thanks. They connected OK today but will, no doubt, fail again at some point.
