Sign in failed

Ok, having real problems here. Trying to set up Nowtv on PS4. Can't remember password, so go to the Nowtv site, enter user name to reset.......user name not recognised......click can't remember user name link......I get sent the exact user name that has just been not recognised

 

so, impossible to reset password!! Can anyone help? Only reason I'm able to log in and post here is cos IPad has log in stored

@Anonymous User do you also watch NOW TV on your iPad? If so go in to the My Account section and it should show the username you've been using. It's possible the one you have on your browser is for Sky TV or broadband.

Haven't got Sky, only got one log in. It accepts my email, sends me my user name but then refuses to accep the same user name to reset my password. 

 

Yep, I watch Nowtv on iPad & iPhone 

 

any ideas?

@Anonymous User but is the username within the My Account section of the app on your iPad and iPhone the same one you are trying on the PS4?
