f20000 error

Hi,

I have been getting the f20000 error while trying to watch programmes. So far, I have attempted restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the player, and opening the link from a different browser. None of this has changed anything and I am still unable to watch anything. Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix it?
