I'm trying to contact NOW TV and the chat service doesn't work, there is no email address or phone number and no contact us form. What should I do?

I have been trying at various times of the day for 3 weeks to contact now gv by phone. Sent an e mail 2 weeks ago and no response. What more can i do?

this is exactly the same as me! they are over charging me and charging me 1-3 times a month

Ridiculous.
Whenever i phone i hang on for 30 mins and then get cut off automatically.
This is not customer service.
