Windows now player not activating sports pass

I have a day pass for Sky sports and it says just play to activate.

I play the content and the player loads and says head to the website to find something to play.

This is just a never ending loop.

 

Any ideas?

Have you tried a different internet browser ?

 

I am sure i read somewhere that another forum member had this message and trying a different internet browser fixed it for them.

 

Also try typing in the Community search box something like "Head to website to find something to play" to see the results with any suggestions.

Hi, either that or running it on phone for a few minutes like another post suggested.

It was Firefox that did not work, although the player loads.

Working using MS Edge, thanks
