When using NOW on my laptop it is running very slow with no sound

I use now tv on my lenovo laptop almost every day and have no issues. Today it runs very slow and skips slightly but there is no sound at all. I have checked the internet connection and redownloaded the Now tv player but still no luck. Any suggestions?

Have you tried rebooting first the router and second the laptop?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

@RoyB I don’t have a router as I only pay for the online usage, I have rebooted the laptop with no change as well 😭

Confused your question with something else. Its all sorted now, was an issue with the laptop and updates needed 👍 @RoyB
