Updated Now TV player is acting like my computor is a new device

I have four devices registered on my Now TV account, the household tv, my laptop and a couple of devices belonging to family members. Now TV asked me to update the player on my computor which I did, but now Now TV thinks my computor is a new device and won't let me play anything without registering it, but I don't want to delete my computor as a device off now tv because I still want to use it to watch programs. What can I do to fix this issue?

Hi @Anonymous User

 

Whilst signed in on here go to My Account (person symbol if using a mobile) and select Devices from the options menu.

 

Then If you have any device swaps left this month delete the computer off the list.

 

After you have removed the PC from the list watch some nowtv content on the computer to add it back again on your registered device list on your account. 

 

If you haven't any device swaps remaining this month jump over to live chat and ask them too grant you a further device swap on your account.
