As of today I am unable to watch, "we've encouted a problem" "We could not load your details, plese refresh the page or contact customer support" both on a laptop and tablet, the latter I'm trying to add to MY DEVICES, which interestingly have all been renamed to not what I had renamed them to! Any help NowTV

Try the following to see if it helps
1. Make sure you're logged out of the NOW TV website completely.
2. Go to http://www.nowtv.com/home/existing
3. Click on start watching for the pass you want to use. Sign in when prompted.
For your tablet it would be easier to use the dedicated Windows Store app

Yay that has worked on the laptop, thanks. I'll try later on the tablet, already have 2 stream going 😉
