Nowtv Live stops streaming all the time after 5 minutes

Ive tried this on two different pcs so.. any help?

We are experiancing issues with the NOW TV player on PC & Mac at the moment. We are waiting for a new update to be released by our App developers to fix the issues so if possible please watch via a different device until this is resolved.

Firefox - opens potatoe quality goes to black screen

 

Internet explorer - (T6030) - There's a problem with one of your connected audio or visual outputs.

 

So im paying for this?

Hi @Anonymous User

 

For computer users running Windows 8.1 (or higher), it's recommended that you install the NOW TV Windows app. 

 

After installing the new NOW TV Player app, it is advisable to completely remove the (now redundant) Silverlight plug-in from your computer. It is also advisable to remove any unnecessarily browsers you may have had to install in order to view the NOW TV service in the past.
