Were you streaming on too many devices? Trying to start a second stream when you don’t have Boost, or a fourth when you do?
In which case, the advice to delete the app was wrong.
But if it is saying you have the app already, try to use it; perhaps this will make the system decide you don’t have it after all.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
