Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me here.
When launching the NOW TV Player app on my MacBook it lags for awhile then the app says it is offline. I am definitely not offline. Have tried reinstalling app, rebooting laptop, rebooting router, disconnecting wifi etc. Seen the older post for the same issue but it's for PC, doesn't work with mac.

i managed to get through to someone via live chat (after being #14 in the queue) - they said that their servers "might be low" and they've passed it to their team to investigate. I was told I'd receive an email when its fixed, not sure if that will be sent out to everyone.
