Error 2004 and tech support

Can anyone help I'm getting increasingly infuriated. I keep getting the 20004 error message. I've tried everything suggested in the help - reset router, broadband speed check etc, and still not working.

 

I can watch sky sports for a few minutes then my connection drops out on my PC and takes about 5mins to reconnect. It's only my PC the wifi connection drops out on, other devices remain connected. This is just problem with now tv, tried live tv on iPlayer and ITV Hub and it isn't happening.

 

And NOW TV seem to want to make it as hard as possible to get in touch for tech support. I've been trying all week but can't get in touch with anyone. I'm submitting a complaint but not holding out much hope so in the meantime any suggestions would be appreciated.

As a suggestion delete and reinstall the player it is a long shot but mentioned in the help below.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
