App not working on android mobile

Hello all,

Paid my £35 to watch the Ashes - but the app is not working on my android smartphone (Samsung s10). Tech support said it is a problem across all android devices and will be fixed soon, but mine still doesn't work.

When I open the app i just get Error code 20001

Anyone else experiencing this, or know any fixes?

Hi @edhawk 

A couple of people in this linked thread below found a way to fix it.

Though it didn't work for me using an older Fire tablet, where my Samsung Android tablet is running fine without ever coming across this error code message.
