Download player

I did have player which now won't work. 

I have uninstalled the player and now can't load a suitable player as a replacement on windows for my laptop

Anyone have a suitable link that does work?

IIRC, you can download the player by attempting to use it to watch a programme while on the Now website.

I did this and it didn’t seem to work, but it doesn’t unpack itself as you might expect; you have to find the downloaded .exe, usually in your Downloads folder, and run it, whereupon it will install, after which you should find you can use it.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
