after watching one movie on the ps3 app I went to bedroom to watch another for it to say devcice limit reached, went back to the ps3 and it's saying the same thing, checked in the device manager and it's saying no device are attched to this account

I have a similar issue.
I temporarily enabled a friends laptop in order to watch a film. Then disabled it so I could reenable my personal laptop.
Now it says I'm not allowed to add this device to my account?
Im using a laptop I have previously used with NowTV on a number of occasions and it appears I cannot reenable it as a device...
This means the only active device i can use is my ipad which does not enable me to view the new entertainment service I have paid for. Even though I now have 3 empty slots....
Can someone PLEASE enable my account so I can add my laptop?
I am effectively paying for a service that nowTV is refusing to supply.
This is an unacceptable, horrible limitation on a service I have previously been happy with.

I too am having the same problems with my account - it says I have reached my account limit but I have only ever used 3 devices. But its only allowing me to watch on 2 devices currently. It won't let me watch on my mac.
Please could someone help to reset my devices so i can get the app working on all three devices.

Also having this issue. ive removed all my devices from my device list but im still getting the same message.
