NowTV player not playing anything

Hello, I have been trying to watch nowtv on my laptop, I have the player and fully updated it. Everytime I click play on a movie, the player will load and just direct me to the website to choose a movie. Even if I choose a movie from the link it sent me, nothing happens. The player is stuck on this page. Any help?

Your best option is to try delete and reinstall the player.

If that still fails, head onto Live chat to discuss with Now TV staff.

Just make sure to click "chat online" underneath 'chat to an advisor'
