Nothing works on this site even though I've downloaded the player and got a pass, and now I can't cancel the pass becuse that page won't load!

Hi I'm using a windows PC with operating system winows 8, wireless wifi, tried resetting the modem, refreshing the player and the site, I can't get the check service status option to work, and I can't get the cancel passes option to load either

If you are looking to check the service status or even get the option to cancel, and are not able to do it on your PC, we would suggest using another compatible device, and visit our website www.nowtv.com instead of using the app itself.
