@Anonymous User Is this in the ITV Hub/STV Player on the box? If so it sounds like someone has turned on the parental guidance PIN. You'll need to either enter the PIN to watch, or you'll need to turn off the PIN from the Settings menu (on the main menu on STV Player or by pressing the * button on remote when in the ITV Hub)
