Engineer has not showed up

No show from engineer! I have already waited 11 days for this appointment. Was supposed to be here today between 8am -1pm. No phone call or text message about delays. Been told to ring back tomorrow after being told there is nothing they can do! 

Not a good start.

The thing with NOW is that they use a lot of OpenReaches network. So there is only so much that can be done as NOW act as the middle man for us.

 

Best thing to do is to call again tomorrow and see what can be done.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
