Blurry picture ipad

Trying to watch GOT on iPad through now tv ap and the picture is blurry. 

It isn’t my WiFi as I can watch bbc iPlayer fine!!

Which episode? We just watched S8E4 and it was fine, but S8E3 was a blurry disgrace Smiley Mad

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Is it just GOT where the picture is blurry on your iPad or other TV shows on NowTV exhibits the same picture problems ?

 

I know you said BBC iPlayer is working fine, but i would be inclined to switch the power off to your Router and iPad for a minute and then restart the Router first ( give it say 5 minutes to settle down ) then switch on your iPad and see if the episodes in question have improved.

 

If it's no difference and you have a good wifi signal on your iPad, then maybe see if deleting the NowTV App and re downloading the NowTV App again from the iPad Apps Store makes any difference with regards to picture quality.

 

Also have you tried watching these GOT episodes on a different device (if you own another device) just to see if the blurry picture remains ?
