I have been charged for 3 payments which I've only ever been charged for 2. I'd like to know why.

What payments are they ?
TV Membership (if so what TV Memberships are showing in your online account Bills & Payments section and are all three bills showing there on the same account) or NOW Broadband or a combination of both ?
