Hi All,
My broadband cut off during a teams meeting for the umpteenth time...Line is incredibly slow and not able to handle teams meetings!
When I tried to call technical support they wouldn't help me due to the way the order of the first line of my home address was inputting during connection 'for security reasons even though all the information I was giving them was correct.
Suffice it to say my working day was ruined and I got no help.
Does anyone know how to check the home address they originally set on their profile?
