I have a very strange issue. I have an account that was attached to 1 email and then I forgot those details, so somehow I managed to get through to tech support (whom I cant get through to anymore). They also had issues so created a new profile and said it would transfer my old passes to that email address... They haven't now I can log in to the new one and the old one is still charging me for Sky Sports! The new one doesnt have any passes.
What am I supposed to do without a proper tech support?
