Unable to Sign up for Broadband

Hi

I am trying to sign up to Brilliant Broadband + Entertainment package.

 

When I search through a comparison site, this package shows up but when I enter my post code I am only offered Fab Fibre or Super Fibre and the Brilliant Broadband is greyed out.

 

I don't want fibre!

 

I hope this is not because I am not new to Nowtv, I have had the tv passes before but I have never had Broadband through Nowtv.

 

Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately, nobody seems to want to chat - get a message to say there's a connection problem!

Have sent a message instead, hoping for a prompt reply.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

I would try a different browser with your ad blocker switched off if you wish to contact live chat.

 

Where i tend to use MS Edge when i contact them with no problems.

 

A few people have mentioned in the past that they can't seem to get through to live chat with Chrome.
