I bought my nowtv broadband through topcashback and it didnt track so I was submitting a manual claim and it says the order number starts 4M which is what they need but the one i have been given by now tv doesnt start like that. I have spoke to customer services on here via live chat a few times and they have yet to give me this order number. Any ideas?
I am sure that i read somewhere on the forum, that the account number shown on your broadband confirmation email received from nowtv would act as an order number.

Can anyone who needed a 4M reference to proceed with a cashback claim tell me if it was ever succesful?
I have at no point been given one and yet took out a Fab Fibre contract. Who can help with this?
