I started the broadband/phone service 9th December last year and still nothing. Does anybody know if we have to claim (if so how?). Lots of messages about this have been posted on this community board but can't see that they have been resolved.
I took out broadband via MoneySavingExpert in October 2018. I have been expecting a JL Voucher. I am still waiting. Any idea what is happening? According to the forum I am not alone.
Same here!! I have spoken to Now Tv on several ocassions via their online chat (which is very difficult to find!!) and each time am told there's a delay! It's not good enough! I'm disgusted about it! I have spent lots of my precious time chasing it and being made empty promises.
