£50 Argos voucher

I signed Now Broadband on Sept. 5th, 2019, directly at NowTV website. It was offered a £50 voucher at Argos for 1 year contract. So far, more than 4 months later, I haven't received the voucher yet. Appreciate if anyone at NowTV could provide an answer about this voucher.

I am having trouble re this I also signed up last year with the promise of a voucher but now tv deny there ever being one
