Can't contact NowTV to cancel in cooling off period

I've rang with no answer, so far I have been on hold for 40 minutes over the past two nights. Chat does not work. I've sent a message through the message service but have had no reply. What do I have to do to cancel?

Why doesn’t there seem to be on option to choose a go live date? Other providers havev this option. But here when you try and join the date it gives me is too early. My existing contract doesn’t expire till after that date.
