Hi I am trying to apply a voucher but keep getting this come up on the page :-

Looking at your latest problem now with the voucher code are you using a VPN and if so try setting it to the UK or temporarily switch it off.
Have you been abroad recently with the device you are trying to apply the voucher code on, if so check that your device settings are set back to the UK.
Also sometimes re entering your bank card details on the NowTV system on your online account may remove this new error message.
